We Guarantee to keep you on the road, and for the lifetime of your ownership* * & keep you up and running. As part of our sustainable approach, we will repair or replace any defective parts to ensure your pushchair has a long and happy life. If a repair is not possible we will discuss with you options for a trade in or a replacement item based on the condition and age of your pushchair.

We will never see you stuck and should you need a pushchair we can provide you with a loan pushchair, all we ask is you cover the cost of postage.

This does not affect your standard consumer rights.
