30-Day Trial - Test Drive

 

We want all our customers to be 100% happy and we are so confident you will be happy with your pushchair, that we have extended our Standard Returns Policy to offer you our MLLE Test Drive: 100% happiness - 100% risk free.

With MLLE test drive you get to use your product for 30 days, and if you are not happy, you can return it for free. It’s just the way we roll.

So take up the MLLE test drive, you simply:

• Order your pushchair - as normal
• Take it our for a test drive
• Try it for 30 days: no quibbles.
• Either keep it or return it - it's that simple.

 
To return the pushchair:

• Contact us: you just need to contact us within the 30-day period, easiest way is via email at info@mllebaby.co.uk - just quote your order number.
• Free Return: We will organise  Free of charge return postage.
• Pack it up: You just need to pack it up with all the parts and any accessories (and the packaging)
• Collection: then we will collect it from the address we delivered the pushchair to.
• Refund: As soon as we have the pushchair back, we will check everything is there and give you a refund for the full amount back to the original card the payment was made on . Refunds are normally issued within 3 days of receiving the item but can take up to 14 days.
  
  

MLLE reserves the right to withdraw the 30-day test drive and 30-day home trial, this would only affect any purchases made after the offer has been withdrawn, and does not affect any products purchased before.
